Simi: Singer announces release date of second album "Simisola"

Simi announces new album "Simisola"  release date

Simi once talked about working tirelessly to perfect "Simisola", and was even scared it might not be ready in due time.

Songbird Simi has announced the release date for her sophomore album titled "Simisola".

The album to be released on Friday, September 8, 2017 is coming after her gospel-centric debut album "Ogaju" released in 2006.

Simi broke out with the song 'Tiff' in 2014, went on to sign a deal with record label X3M Music and has since been flying in leaps and bounds with her music.

In 2016 she recorded an EP "Chemistry" with rapper Falz chiefly produced by Sess.

Having gone on to release a number of singles in 2016, Simi with Falz won Best Collaboration for 'Soldier' and Best Female Vocal Performance for 'Love don't care' at the Headies 2016.

Simi is not only a singer and songwriter but a skillful sound engineer who worked on the mixing and mastering of Adekunle Gold's "Gold" debut album.
