The 20-year-old has shaken off a minor injury which he sustained in his Leicester City debut last Friday to resume training.

The former Manchester City striker is expected to play a part in the game although it is not known yet if he will start.

Leicester City boss Craig Shakespeare has concerns about the fitness of the Nigeria International.

Leicester City are hoping for a first away Premier League win at Arsenal since 1983.

The Premier League is the most competitive league in the world and Arsenal are one of the best clubs in it, year after year they've shown their consistency,” said Shakespeare.

We haven't been able to beat them yet but there's always a first time and it would be nice to think it would be Friday night. The players are champing at the bit to get started.

“It will be difficult, with the quality of their players, their fan base and the money that they can spend, but that's the Premier League.”

Wantaway midfielder Riyad Mahrez was also pictured in training.

Summer signing Vicente Iborra (groin) Danny Drinkwater (thigh) and Robert Huth (ankle) are all out of the game.
